poor customer service
spoke to the customer service manager suzanne, very unhelpful, i was offered a discount on my next order but due to call center staff not adding any notes to the system they wasn't willing to fulfil the promise harvey nicholas offered. Very disappointing further more she was very rude on the phone, expect better from a premium shop, total opposite of selfridges

Wish I could give less than 1 star! Harvey Nichols has had my return for over a month & I still have YET to receive a refund despite having an email where they claimed my refund was approved & expected within “10 business days”.
I will NOT go quietly about this. Scamming people out of hundreds, and thousands of dollars is wrong.
I wish I would have read these reviews ahead of time. More people need to speak up!

Disgusting service !!!! Ordered and paid for a bag to then receive an email saying sorry stock levels were wrong !!!! Will never shop here again . Gave me free delivery on my next order as a goodwill gesture. Keep it !!

Re online shopping customer service:
I had an issue with a faulty item and their costumer service keeps on telling me that DPD is booked, then it never arrives. This situation is ongoing for more than a week now and I have wasted few days sitting at home.

Lack lustre and unappealing.
I visited the store today with a friend. I found the whole experience underwhelming. Some of the staff seemed uninterested in the customers and not very welcoming. We downloaded the app and thought we would try out the rewards offered. We bought two small gifts and asked to order a glass of prosecco. The staff member viewed our receipts went away came back and we asked for an outside table. The staff member came back and queried the information regarding the reward and receipt. Quite embarrassing really! He then told us we could only have a hot drink or soft drink which we ended up ordering. The latte was luke warm and the cup my friend was given was dirty. The outside area didn't look very clean. The toilets look like they needed sprucing up. We won't be using the app again and definitely won't be back. Unfortunately nothing out the ordinary service wise and not attentive enough.

Customer service . I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from them - AVOID. I ordered a blouse and I received a sealed , empty box with some packing tissue in it !!
Have called twice but they have to do an ‘internal investigation ‘ before they can refund or replace ?!? Internal security should not be my problem - if there is shoplifting before the item is shipped how can you trust anything you buy from there ? they can’t even tell me when they can sort this so I am out of pocket and with no goods .

Great Customer Service
I am very satisfied with the customer service I received from Harvey Nichols via email; I was notified immediately that one of the items I had ordered was no longer in stock and to make up for this was provided with a unique promotional discount code which would allow me free delivery on a future order. My one remaining item which I was expecting to be delivered to my home address was sent instead to my local DPD drop off point and would be held there for only one week; I was unable to collect it as I was away and needed photo identification to be able to pick it up or I would have asked a family member. When explaining this to the customer services team via email, they were extremely attentive and professional, also super friendly and quick to respond to ensure this matter would be solved.
The customer service team were more than happy to re send my original order to my home address this time and for no additional added on charge which I was very satisfied and appreciated.
Over all I am extremely satisfied with the service I was provided and how quickly I was assisted over email, I would definitely recommend this site/company to others. I look forward to placing more orders with yourselves in the near future. Thank you very much.
Amazing experience
Amazing experience. Ordered and received within just a couple of days. Packaging was beautiful as was my bag. I thought ordering from another country would be a hassle but not at all. Thank you so much for the gorgeous tote.

I order 3 Box pink mark de champagne truffles on 15.05.2022 I got then at 17.05.22 and they wash expired more than months ago (04.04.22)
Worst online shopping experience ever
Spent £1500 online on three items. One wasn’t in stock so got cancelled two days later. They have sent me a different designer bag to the one I ordered and the packaging was a disgrace! Item arrived with the box open and a £800 handbag wrapped in thin torn tissue paper.
update: I have since realised that I have also been sent two different size shoes.
Update - I sent the wrong handbag back to Harvey Nichols who are now claiming I sent them an empty box and will not refund my £800

Awful customer services
No wonder Harvey Nichols have got such terrible reviews. I wish I had read them before ordering anything but as with others I thought the name stood for honest and straight selling of quality goods. The item was alright but the customer service is diabolical. I will never order anything from here again or set foot in their store.

RUBBISH!!! WHAT A ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE ATTITUDE THE CUSTOMER SERVICES HAS ( EMLILY ) !!! ITS DISGUSTING! BOUGHT A £500 BAG WHICH CAME WITH BIG INDENTS ON THE LEATHER. THE BAG GOT SENT BACK AND NOW CUSTOMER SERVICE CLAIMS ITS NOT BEEN SENT!! I HAVE PROOF!! NOW IM £500 DOWN AND NO BAG !! WHY DOES (ASOS) SORT THINGS LIKE THIS OUT WITHIN 48HOURS ITS NOW BEEN 9 DAYS. !!!! NO WONDER ITS GOT A TERRIBLE PERCENTAGE OF REVIEWS ON HERE!!

I sent an item 3 weeks ago to be priced…
I sent an item 3 weeks ago to be priced and sold via Reflaunt. Still waiting for my item to be verified it was actually delivered to the factory. Not one word from these people about the location of my item. Poor customer service. Won’t be using them again.
